Vietnam Traffic
Traffic in Vietnam is terrible...
there seems to be no rules. Everyone drive however they want.
There are rules! You just walk across. If the car honks his horn, he will cut in front of you so you must stop. Otherwise he will drive behind you so you keep walking.
Which means the entire city is always honking horns!

hemm..what a heavy traffic jam. this is a major problem on every city in the world.
