会社は結局“人”である。会社にとって“人”が最大の財産。
People is the most important thing for a company. Employeeｓ are the assets.
お金は大事。お金は自信につながる。
ただし、お金は幸せではない。
Money is important. Money will become confidence.
But money is not happiness.
お金を増やす方法は３つ。
一、収入を増やす
二、支出を減らす
三、資産運用
今の私にできるのは二番。
There are 3 ways to increase your money.
1. Increase the income.
2. Minimize the expences.

そっかぁ、いろいろあったんだね。
（そして旅行めっちゃ楽しそう！またアジア旅行の写真期待してます。）
私は逆に小さい会社に入ったんだ。
でも小さくても組織は組織、日本だからかな。
私もまゆの書いてることに同感するトコが多かったです。
今は、海外に程近く働けてて、仕事内容も楽しいこともあるから続けてるけど、やっぱハードだし、あと待遇面からも、私も退職することを考えてます。
でも本当に人生一度きりだし、25歳も一度だけなんだよね。まゆの決断は全然間違ってないと思うよ！
みんなは最近の若者は・・とか、長く働くことを良しとするかもしれないけど、でもだからと言って、実際にそうしてる中年・定年退職したサラリーマンは全然ハッピーに見えないし、むしろ自殺者が多いのが現状だもんね。
自分で考えて、本当に納得出来る道を進んでいくのが一番だと思うよ！
ゆっくり彼と旅行を満喫して、そして帰ってきたときに、今度はホントに会おうね☆

the reason I wrote about money is because since i am not working at the moment, the only thing I can do is No.2. One of my co-worker advised me this and reminded me what I have to do.

そっかぁ、小さい会社でも日本企業は日本企業なんだね。そんで辞めること考えてるのか・・。仕事はそこそこ面白いけど福利厚生がよくないと辞めてしまうし、逆に、福利厚生が良すぎるくらいなのに仕事が面白くなくて、辞める人もいる（私がこれ）。どっちがいいんだろう・・。どっちが幸せなんだろう・・？

about money, well hard to say though, but I definitely I agree with #3. well life in the other country, I mean it's not "west" side of country, it's working by human connection.
